Abi Morris MSc

Abi Morris graduated from the University of Lincoln with two first class degrees. After completing her undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science BSc, Abi went on to develop her skills and passion for exercise, athletic performance and healthcare by completing her masters in Sports Therapy. Throughout this time Abi worked with a range of sports teams including Lincoln City Women's football club, University of Lincoln Mens Rugby Union First XV and Oundle RFC, as well as in a range of Sports Therapy and Physiotherapy Clinics in Peterborough and Lincolnshire.

Abi has a passion for exercise and the use of exercise for rehabilitation. Whilst studying for her degree she trained with the community interest company Inspire2Tri which provides rehabilitation exercise for the older and more vulnerable exercisers.  Having a background and training in classical dance and cheerleading, Abi has found her passion for using music to aide exercise and exercise rehabilitation.

In addition to offering a weekly private clinic, Abi works at Ultimate Performance Lifestyle (UPL) and Oundle RFC as a Sports Therapist.   She also leads high intensity workouts using reformers at the R3FORM Studio in Peterborough and classes at Inspire2Tri in Rutland.

This combined experience gives Abi a thorough understanding of the importance of early intervention, followed by the correct treatment and research based rehabilitation programme for sporting injuries.

Abi's services include: Sport Injury Assessment & Treatment (incl. ultrasound, cupping and dry needling), Exercise Prescription, Sport & Deep Tissue Massage and Sport Injury Taping.  GP Referral Registered.
